(image) With most of the 10 year targets of “Turning the Tide” being achieved within 5 years, the Trust was enjoying widespread recognition as a model of good practice in rural community development.  This new plan was created as a successor to the first, and followed the same extensive public consultation process in order to ensure wide community support.   The release of the plan also co-incided with the community’s moving on from the the first phase of the Scottish Executive’s Initiative at the Edge project.
